To all guest when booking to read all of our listings. My listing clearly labels FLP charters is in shore fishing. Targeting trout,red fish and snook. Also look at size of boat. All rest rooms on my charters are always 5 to 10 min away from restrooms. I am sorry if the bucket joke afended my client.  I was told they wanted to take home fish for a cookout. Well trout this time of year is easily caught for good take home catch. 11 big trout and one nice pompano is a good start of a 6 hour charter for 5 adults on a 22ft Bay boat.  She had plenty of opertunity to catch fish, however she kept making mistakes on hook set and lost plenty of fish. I cant real them in for you. Next stop was for snook in th bayho were we caught small snook and red fish. Again she let a big snook pull here into the mangrooves and break her off.Before that in took them to the bait shop to use restrooms and get H20 . To address the cooler cituation,She said thst they were going to bring a large cooler for themselves. (5 GUEST) so i told here to supply her own water. She said ok. Inside there large cooler was a bag of ice and two sodapops. Nothing else.miscomunication. 6 hour trips of 5 people is not a cheap day on the water.For the birds issue,when you use live bait on freeline the birds can see them from there advantage. Plus chuming to draw strikes from inshore fishing can bring seaguls. All fishermen or women must pay attention to you lines to protect the birds from getting hooked. She was catching some birds but thats fishings.  There was no discussion of shark fishing. Large expectations. I like that. To her friends who i beleived had a good time. You cant take all the fish out of the ocean on one charter. Fir the bird that hit the boat it flew into it out of desperation for freedom which all flew away. I am sorry for her disapoitment. I filet 10 lbs of fresh fish for them. Alright then.The only think missing are all off her friends pictures
