We had a full day fishing with Captain Andres aboard the Mad Marlin. The day started great when my 17 year old landed a 30lb Mahi. It was a true pleasure watching him land the fish. It was easy to see that Captain Andres truly loves what he is doing. I cannot say enough good things about Diego. The man is a relentless worker/fisherman. Unfortunately after we landed the Mahi the fish stopped cooperating. This was not from a lack of trying. Andres and Diego went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them

We had an awesome time on this trip.  The crew dropped of the non-anglers at Tortuga while the wife and I hit the water for a lot of Dorado (Mahi Mahi).  Just had the nicest time.  Weather was perfect.  We took our time and enjoyed the whole day.  Visited the beach for a bit and snorkled too.  On the way back we trolled for some more fish and the non-anglers crossed over and caught their first ocean fish as the Dorado just kept on biting.  9 Mahi Mahi for the day and smiles all around.  They even picked us up and dropped us off at our resort beach.  Worth every penny!!!

The Captain and crew were absolutely excellent and tried very hard to find fish for me. We changed baits, locations etc. The only reason I didn’t give a five star rating was because we didn’t catch anything although it was not from lack of trying. I would definitely recommend taking a trip with the Captain and crew of the Mad Marlin.

Amazing time, Andres and Diego really went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Andres knew my husband wanted to include fishing in our trip so he take extra time to do some additional fishing. It was a phenomenal experience and Andres and Diego were excellent hosts for our Tortuga Island experience. Myself and my 5 friends HIGHLY recommend an excursion with this company, it won’t disappoint!
