Sorry to hear your comment on the charter. Without going through I did this and you did this thing.
I am a one man band and do not have a private secretary to do my bookings and have to do them on the boat. I answered your email booking within 1 hour of receiving and your phone call while on other Charters without them complaining. Your wife was taking photos of you holding your trout as you caught them and there was no mention of wanting to have the board. You can only hold the trout if they are dead as they get stressed very easy and die. As for the Trout I said an 80 year old would like for a birthday which you didn’t seem to have a problem with and there is no personal gain from trout as you can’t sell them.  We did have a problem with communication as your very broad accents were very hard for me to understand, hence asking what was that again all the time.
