I’m going to say thank you for booking with me, reviews typically help with customer service. But this one is completely unfair, I was nice and went above and beyond to make your trip better. First off we had and used live bait, multiple different dead baits, artificial baits and you were upset I did not have any squid. I don’t use squid because squid don’t live nearshore here in south Florida. You booked a 3 hour trip and we fished for 5 and a half hours and had a lot of bites. We started off trolling and within 15 minutes caught two Kingfish, barracudas, and tuna. Then you wanted to try something else and we anchored up and caught full grown yellowtail snapper just like you asked and they weren’t big enough for your standards so you asked to catch a sailfish. We tried to catch a sailfish and 10 minutes without a bite you wanted to go back to snapper fishing and we did. I would have went back to the dock to buy you some squid if I knew it would have made you happy. And will always go above and beyond and fish longer and harder for all my clients but you were never going to be happy. To catch certain fish you have to try and give it time if you don’t get a bite in 5 minutes it does not mean fishing is bad. You also treated my boat and tackle very poorly but I put my head down and tried to make your day sorry you weren’t happy with your trip but I wish you the best.
