That’s a very unfair review Michael considering you didn’t even show up for your charter
You cancelled the day before because we couldn’t pick you up from the cruiseship dock - which we don’t advertise we do
You booked a month in advance - we blocked the entire day and then you cancel with me the day before leaving us with no charter 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im sorry you felt the Captain & Mate were impersonal - i guess its hard for the Captain to interact with you when hes upstairs driving, focusing on trying to catch fish and the mate downstairs is constantly checking lines and making sure everything is ok on deck. It is also very loud on deck with the engine noise and the wind that sometimes its not always easy to talk and hear one another. The interaction mostly takes place once there is fish on the line and the Captain comes downstairs to assist. Fishing with our guests is never a hassle and were sorry you felt that way - perhaps you were just feeling frustrated as it was a bit of a slow day - unfortunately on days like that there is a lot of downtime. You did have a nice Mahi Mahi & 3 Barracudas though so didnt come away empty handed
