Luis took my son and I out on a 4 hr trip and it was awesome.  We each had a chance to fight a roughly 40 lb Tarpon .  We were 1 for 2 on bringing them into the boat, but without Luis’s guidance I dont think we would have gotten any.  It is definitely a game of patience, but good things come those that wait.  Luis was a cool guy as well.  I would 100% charter another trip again.  If only we had a few more days in PR.  I hope you all enjoy your trips!  Go get you a big one!

Luis knows where to find good tarpon.  The bite was a little slow but we hooked up on a few tarpon.  We got two good sized fish to the boat.  Had a great day.  When you book with him make sure you ask about the day we lost his rod and reel.  Then got it back to the boat.  It’s a great story.

Capt Luis had a battle with some toxic food.  He could not fish and i thought for sure our day was over before it started.  NOPE.  He had capt Luke fill in and run his boat for us.  Capt Luke reminded me of capt Luis.  All he wanted was for us to catch fish and enjoy our day.  He did everything he could to give us a chance.  And then bam.  80 lber screeming drag and my 13 year old was on his fish of a lifetime.  Giant fish jumped 8 feet out of the water right next to the boat.  My son and I will rember that 15 minute battle the rest of our lives.  These guys are class act and know their Stuff.  Thank you Calt Luke and Capt Luiz.  You guys are awsome and I cant wait to fish with you again someday.

Had a great outing with Luis for a 6 hour trip. I let him know I wanted to go after the big ones and he tailored the bait and tackle to ensure we got one to the boat. Had a few fish spit the hook or not dully take the bait, mostly due to my errors and them being smart fish that are tricky. But that didn’t really matter, as I got a really nice one to the boat after a hard fight. Do your research on how to land these fish and listen to what your captain has to say, and you’ll have high chances of getting one to the boat. Also, fishing (and fishing for the big ones) requires patience, so sit back and relax while you wait for your bite. I’m looking forward to my next trip down to PR, to target the big ones yet again.

Captain Luis displayed expertise as a waterman and professionalism under while on the charter trip with him.  His boat, the SuFishNSea (read sufficiency) was awesome.  Easy to walk around and comfortable to relax on while on the hunt for big fish.  Captain Luis was super fun to have as a Captain.  His personality made the trip more enjoyable, making us feel more welcome.  He also played some great tunes. 

Captain Luis was game on, once the big one hit the line.  He steered his ship with expertise while guiding my buddy during the fight to land the big Tarpon (70+ pounds big one). 

It was a damn good adventure and I will very easily sign up again for another charter with Captain Luis down the road.  Highly suggest you book with him.

El capitán Luis demostró su experiencia como navegante y su profesionalismo durante el viaje en chárter con él. Su barco, el SuFishNSea (léase suficiencia), era increíble. Fácil de recorrer y cómodo para relajarse mientras se busca un pez grande. Fue muy divertido tener al capitán Luis como capitán. Su personalidad hizo que el viaje fuera más agradable, lo que nos hizo sentir más bienvenidos. También tocó algunas canciones geniales.

El capitán Luis estaba en el punto de mira, una vez que el pez grande pisó el anzuelo. Dirigió su barco con experiencia mientras guiaba a mi amigo durante la lucha por pescar el gran sábalo (más de 70 libras).

Fue una aventura muy buena y sin duda volveré a inscribirme en otro chárter con el capitán Luis en el futuro. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar con él.
