We took a 1/2 day morning charter. The fishing gear is Shimano and all in great shape. Boat was clean & cared for. The fishing - we hooked into and fought a beautiful Tarpon to the boat. I had the pleasure of taking my 11yr old son out with Luis June 2025. We both had a great time.  I would recommend Luis to any hard-core fisherman, couples or family looking to enjoy Puerto Rico. Luis took my son and I out on a 4 hr trip and it was awesome.  We each had a chance to fight a roughly 40 lb Tarpon .  We were 1 for 2 on bringing them into the boat, but without Luis’s guidance I dont think we would have gotten any.  It is definitely a game of patience, but good things come those that wait.  Luis was a cool guy as well.  I would 100% charter another trip again.  If only we had a few more days in PR.  I hope you all enjoy your trips!  Go get you a big one!

We had an amazing 4-hour fishing trip! The captain was awesome—super friendly and great with my teenagers. He took the time to teach them and made the whole experience fun. We caught four tarpon, and my kids had a blast. I highly recommend this trip—it was definitely worth the money!

Even though we didn’t bring any fish in the boat, Luis was super chill and very personable. We are from Wisconsin and did not want to leave PR without trying our luck on the water. What a fun time!  Thank you Luis for your perseverance. My kids love fishing more because of this trip!!
