What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Belle Glade, Florida for the first time?

Communicate with captain ahead of time with what you need to bring. Capt wood reached out early with instructions on what we needed for the day. Trip was very smooth for myself and kids.

If you book in December, understand that the temperature is lower out on the lake and you should dress in layers and wear clothes to keep warm if it is a bit cool on the day of your trip.

The fish take their time eating the shiners which is not something I’m used to. Caught good fish but missed a bunch. Looking forward to coming back.

Depends on time of year. Was hoping for some trophy largemouth but my first hooking up to some peacock bass was awesome
