What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Elmendorf, Texas for the first time?

Enjoy the view of the lake and if you have children leave the little one's home especially if there under 9. Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and some drinks. Leave the alcohol at home

Summer is a bit tougher and limit size fish are harder to come by. They were definitely biting though.

Very nice fishing lake, close to San Antonio. Fresh water redfish are a treat to catch and even better to eat

Red Bull and 5 hour energy drinks. Make sure you stretch first. We knocked the heck out of them

Be ready for a good time. Its great for families and friends of any experience level.
