What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Willemstad for the first time?

There is more trolling than fishing but it was a bad day nothing really biting when we were out. Caught barracuda and small tuna. The boat captain and crew were great. So.e days the fish just dont bite. I would go again

When fishing in Curacao be aware that the stiff trade winds create rough seas, the fish are big and put up a good fight but fishing here is not for the weak stomached, and I would not recommend for people new to deep sea fishing.

The ocean can be very rough so if you tend to have issues with motion sickness, this may not be for you. My son who's 17 years old and been on full day deep sea fishing trips without getting sick was sick on this trip most of the day.

fantastic place but the fish doidn´t eat. Not captains fault. fishing is like this. Somedays it-s good others not

Be prepared not to catch much. Only trolled, weren’t set up for bottom fishing or anything else
