Weather and bait patterns determine how many fish are schooled up. The Capt is dialed into where and how they might be hungry. June is great for walleye in open water and getting in a great day on the boat!

The marina was clean and spacious, ample room for turning with your trailer. There was someone on duty for cleaning and packing your fish for travel. The people running the bait store were friendly. Of course, the bathroom was clean and easy to get to.
All and all everything was great for a good day for fishing ?

Was absolutely perfect. Size of fish were great. Bring sunscreen and a positive attitude!

Remember to dress warm and pay attention to the weather. The temperature on the river is 10-15 degrees cooler than on shore.

Bring bug spray for the black flies and wear appropriate clothes for the black flies. If not, the captain will have 100% deet spray for you.

Our first time fishing in Monroe. I’d say if you book with Earl as your captain you won’t have any issues.

Keep an open mind. They don’t call it fishing for nothing. But with the right guide, you will be on fish.

Bring plenty of snacks and drinks in a small cooler along with some sunscreen. Definitely head over to TrapperZ with your fresh catch to have them cook it into 'Fish & Chips'.

Call CAPT Adam at show up& fish. He will find you the fish and you will definitely enjoy your trip!

It's all about the weather, winds made water a little choppy, but captain knew where to go.
