Book at least an 8 hour trip and understand that Captains are not Jesus, they can't just speak to the fish and make them jump in the boat! It is called "Fishing" not "Catching" for a reason!

It was cold when we went so i am not sure if that is why the fish were not biting

Depends on the weather and level of experience. First timers should probably stick to inshore. If you've never went offshore would highly recommend it.

If you have never fished in the ocean, the bay is a good place to start. We fished off shore with another charter and the fisheries a great.
