Trolling has been a tough bite some days but you can fill a cooler up with some snapper if all else fails and they are hard to beat on the table. If you have kids that want to stay on the action snapper fishing is hard to beat when its a good bite on yhe bottom!

Some days its tough to make it offshore in a small boat but the inshore bite has been amazing with plenty of barracudas and jacks but sometimes snook, tarpon, snapper, and even a hogfish can eat your bait. Offshore has been a good bite on tunas and bonitas on most trips but the mahi are becoming less and less frequent. Also snapper have been filling up some space in the cooler on most trips if the conditions are right for it.

Alot of good action on mahi out there. Some people get more fish to the boat than others and the last few days we lost more than we landed but thats the way it goes sometimes. Lots of tripletail mixed in on the floaters and mackerel, snapper, and grouper on the reef.

The green fish are running south and it couldn't get much better out there. Alot of action and some decent sized fish out there.

The live bait fishing on light tackle has been nothing short of oerfect this week. Usually fishing for mahi requires a long ride way offshore but this week they have been easy to locate and in good numbers. Alot of the fish are shorts but there are also some quality fish and a few nice size bulls around. The near shore action side of things has the mackerel eating live balyhoo on the reef. Lets get on em!

The mackerel have been in full on blitz mode all week eating ballyhoo on the reefs and we are getting alot of action on light tackle and live baits because trolling has been slow. Also when the conditions are good east wind the mahi have been moving closer in to the edge of the drop off out there and chewing live baits as well.
