The summer heat brings on new challenges with the weather changing rapidly sometimes but when yhe conditions are good the fishing is great. There have been king mackerel, bonita, almaco jacks, snapper, mahi (on 6hr trips), and even a sailfish if your very lucky. Sailfish are not typically caught in great nunbers during the summer months but you never know when one will show up!

There have been king mackerel and bonita trolling on the reef, tuna and mahi out deeper, and some snapper and bottom fish on the reef. You never know when a sailfish will show up we got one today in the last minutes of the trip!

The fishing at the end of may jere has been excellent with a greT kingfish bite on most mornings, some mahi offshore, and snapper biting early morning and late afternoon with the occasional grouper if your lucky!

The mackerel bite continues to improve as well as bonita on the reef and the mahi bite is not red hot yet but they are around of you soemd the time and look.

Depending on conditions mahi fishing can be great this time of year and the king mackerel bite has been solid most mornings on the troll and live bait fishing. Grouper season is open now and there have been a few caught as well

The tuna bite has been great early morning around sunrise and late in the afternoon on the troll. Mahi, mackerel, and sailfish have been caught while live bait fishing and amberjacks, almacos, and snapper while bottom fishing
