So we cleaned up the boat, added some fuel and ice and we headed East to the Roller Coasters. Crawlers on one side 30 to 60 back with 3oz weights on Off Shore Tackle Company planner boards. TruTrip 50s 30 and 50 back with BADMO LURES Arrowhead spoons. Dipsey 3 setting 63 back with butterfly blade worm harnesses. Walleye were on fire ? along with the big cats. Two over 30 inches with larger just over 33 inches. This crew finished their limit and secured 2 Fish Ohio certificates. Matt and his family from Nebraska wanted to catch fish on Lake Erie. This was to be a catch and release trip, but they took my suggestion to keep a few Walleye for a meal at Crow's Nest. We had a great day casting for Walleye, we had a great deal of catch and release in shallow water. We also caught a fair share of White Bass, Sheephead and Catfish.
