Spent the beginning trying to catch some trout, only small ones biting. Moved to another spot and my crew got these two in the boat using artificials. 24 and 25 inch.

My trip cancelled so i went scouting, the bite was on, several small red fish, one slot and a 33 in bull plus several speckled trout. Used everything in the box and live bait, they bit everything!

The Trout were hungry today! My crew put 7 in the boat, had to let a couple small ones back. Red fish bite was slow, lost a couple nice ones and caught a few small ones. Live bait around structure worked for us.

Fishing seems to be on the increase. My guys did well today. Using live bait fishing docks and other structure near drop offs. They got limits on reds even culled. Water temp is in the high 60s, fish seem to be biting late morning to early afternoon.
