The time is upon us but so is the weather. Unfortunately no one could get out opening day of season. 5 foot waves do not make for a fun experience. The sea is suppose to calm down on Tuesday.

The gulf was not very forgiving but they managed to pull in some nice triggers during the trip.

The donkeys of the sea are in and the bite is hot. Great time to get your exercise in trying to pull one of these sea monsters in!!

It's tax time

Water temp is slowly rising. The Spanish mackerel are slowly following the bait into the near shore and bay. The cold fronts pushed them back out but it's warming up. The toothy critters are hanging around.
