Good fishing on the Roanoke!! Seems like the stripers is starting to do their thing up here on the river for their spring spawn looks like real good numbers are coming up now and we'll be waiting here for him we do have some availability if you'd like to reserve give us a try thank you!

We are finishing up shad trips and getting ready to switch over to full on striper. The small male stripers are showing up and getting set up for the big females to come up the river when it rises. It's gonna be a good year on the river!!!

Our bait person just contacted us and our bait gets delivered from south Carolina and cost is going up. Unfortunately , I'd recommend getting on the books within the week before I have to raise my prices! I'm sorry but I can't eat this major cost of bait and fuel but so much. I've held steady for a few years on the price but I am no longer gonna be able to hold a steady price. $15 a dozen isn't cheap when you carry 10 dozen per trip on boat. If cost go down I will drop the cost of the trip as long as everyone understands. Thank you

We will be fishing for shad through April 5th then we will be switching over to the grand finale of striper on the Roanoke river! This is where the fun is and begins every year and we look forward to it we do have some availabilities if you like to reserve your day and get on our calendar!

Yesterday was better than today after the front came thru. This morning we were battling ice in the rod guides and very picky fish. Every day is different and thankful to see them all! Thank you guys!

We will be catching shad on the Roanoke River coming up in March fly fishing and casting along the river for these great little fighters! Along with shad we will start out fishing for some striper and catfish down rivers as they show up!
