Catch My Drift – Ucluelet Trips
Definitely get a freshwater and saltwater license, which gives you more options depending where the fish are biting. June can be slower apparently for sturgeon, so patience is key. But well worth the wait!

The 2 hour dusk bites trip is perfect to try it out. Wear a top/jacket that can get dirty so it's easier to hold the fish when you catch it. Take lots of pictures and make sure you have layers in case it's windy/chilly.

If you want larger salmon, then book your trip in the summer month’s. I booked in March to experience the wild majestic scenery of the coast. The size of fish is not an issue for us.
