Bring a rain jacket! Expect to get wet. Super rainy this time of year. Caught a bunch of yellowfin tuna, had a great day.

Hit and miss but the big days are big and the slow days are slow. You need to keep at it. Lots of fish out there! You can literally see them bubbling in the water.

If you are only going for a half-day, try and decide if you would rather have faster action with maybe less-desirable fish or try for the desirable yellowfin or larger mahi mahi but may not get many bites. The fishing grounds for each are far apart and the boating time between each area drastically cuts into your fishing time.
