We caught Grouper, Tripletail Aberjack and a few others. January isnt the best month for all the species Florida is known for but Capt John knew where to go to catch tons of fish. BYO drinks snacks and food, and I recommend a second cooler for the fillets. You can buy ice at the dock, parking was simple, we parked
50ft from the boat.

Chummy Fishing Charters
It was definitely hot and the water temp was high, so I didn’t have high expectations. But captain found plenty of fish and we had a great day.

Bradenton is a great fishing area with lots of options. We took a boat from a private house, so had parking. It was very convenient to our location in Anna Maria Island. The fishing is a mix of inshore and nearshore which we appreciated.
