Need to be aware of the tides as the marina can be completely dry at low tide

Get shrimp and fish a bottom rig or a popping cork. Cut bait works great also

The fishing was great. Mixed bag of fish. The Red Fish were not up when we were there. Speckled trout were plentiful.

Hot and rainy sums up this area in August. We had to wait a few hours until a storm passed for it to be safe to go out on the water. Bring shade, sunscreen and hydradtion.
