Third time is definitely a charm! We always love having these two awesome friends out with us, and today's trip on the Poppa Bay was one for the books. ⚓️? Captain Rick Martin took the bay boat out into the backcountry channels, and it didn't take long before these guys hooked into the ultimate bucket-list fighter—an absolute powerhouse of a Tarpon! If you've ever tried to bow to the king, you know just how insane these aerial battles can be. This silver king put up a massive, hard-charging fight, but the guys handled the rod like absolute pros and brought him right up to the bow for an epic photo before a clean release. ?? Every time these two step on board, we know it's going to be a day full of big laughs, great energy, and tight lines. Thanks for always bringing the good vibes out on the water, guys!

The bite was ON today aboard the Poppa Wahoo Too with Captain Rick Martin at the helm! We slipped out of Whale Harbor Marina early this morning under picture-perfect skies, ready to hunt. It didn't take long for the action to heat up! After setting the spread, we had a serious rod-bending moment when this gorgeous Dolphin Fish (Mahi-Mahi) smashed the lure. Watching this vibrant gaffer clear the water and fight like a champion is what Islamorada sportfishing is all about! Huge thanks to Captain Rick Martin for putting us on the fish and guiding us to victory. The crew handled the deck perfectly, and the Poppa Wahoo Too performed flawlessly. What an absolute day of fishing out in Islamorada! Huge shoutout to Captain George and the crew on the Poppa Wahoo for putting this amazing family on the meat today! ?⚓️ We headed out of The Marina at Three Waters Resort under picture-perfect Florida Keys skies, and the fish did not disappoint. The kids got to experience some fast-and-furious action, reeling in a massive limit-style haul of delicious Yellowtail Snapper after we got a wild chum line going. But the absolute highlight of the trip? Getting to watch the crew team up and muscle a trophy-sized Black Grouper up from the bottom! Reeling in a beast like that takes some serious strength, and this awesome family handled it like absolute pros. ?? From heavy-tackle battles to a cooler completely stuffed with snapper for dinner, this is what Keys sportfishing is all about—making unforgettable memories with the crew that matters most.❤️
