Today’s trip in the Everglades was non-stop action from the start! We kicked things off with solid Peacock Bass, aggressive Oscars, colorful Mayan Cichlids, and even the elusive Jaguar Cichlid. And if that wasn’t enough, the Largemouth bite was practically unlimited! This time of year, the Peacock Bass are done spawning and feeding hard—making it prime time to target trophies. With the low water levels, we have an exponentially large amount of fish hanging out in the canals. We caught over 213 fish this weekend Oscars a.k.a. Maya Cichlid, a.k.a. nuclear sunfish war mouse bluegill largemouth peacock bass dolphin hooked up with two Tarpon and seen three snuck it plus we landed 3 florida gar …… it’s been a very, very busy week very productive of that.
