Beautiful weather. Sometimes the big fish aren't biting if the water is too warm (they go down deep to find the cold spots). But it is a lovely time of year for a trip!

What can I say. Captain Brian was awesome. Nice 4 hour trip. We caught our limit. Everyone hooked something. Had to release some of our catches due to size and hitting the limit. Plus no need to keep fish we won't be able to eat. All around great day, boat ride, fishing, all of it

Make sure to check the forecast to ensure calm seas. Also note that you are not allowed to keep most of the fish species you catch due to federal and state laws which caught me off guard. Pack food and drinks and bring good sun protection as well as a warm layer of clothes, it does get cold even in the summer out on the water.

Dress in layers as its quite chilly when you first arrive. Wear sturdy, old shoes. Stop for restrooms before arriving at departure meeting point, if enough time. I did not need to pack as many snacks or drinks as I thought.
