Temper expectations when fishing on a charter. So many variables affect how good the fishing is. Wrong wind or water temp will stop the bite overnight.

Froggy was awesome, funny, and a genuine dude. We caught bait and were limited out on Sea Trout within an hr. Would highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Captain Froggy's Charter Fishing
We drove down to the marina the day before so we knew exactly where we were going. His boat wasn't there of course but he gave us a pretty good description of where his slip was. We were staying in OBX for the week so we could do that.
If you are wondering about cleaning your fish, they have a fish cleaning service right there so you don't have to do it yourself if you don't want.

To let you know fishing is fishing. You can find the fish but can’t make the bite. The weather was a big factor on this trip. Over a 100 degree end of the fishing trip, humid and hardly any wind.

Your targeted species might not be hitting on a given day so be prepared for the Captains to change to different species. We were going for Blues and Black Drum but ended up having to switch to Spanish Makerel.

I've done a couple of inshore trips and they've always been productive. Keep in mind that your captain can't control the fishing, some days are better than others. Also the weather plays a factor on what is bitting.
