The guys landed their two perfect slot fish to bring home for the grill, then kept the rods bent with some solid catch-and-release fun. Not a bad way to beat the heat during a June scorcher!

We squeezed in a quick trip to Plum Gut yesterday during a short weather window—and it paid off big time! First drift, fish on. ? We landed a mix of slot, under, and oversized bass, keeping two perfect slot fish for the table and releasing plenty more. Non-stop action and an awesome way to kick off the spring daytime striper season! This bite usually stays hot through June—DM or call to lock in your date and get in on it!
