Trip Summary

Took out the Caughlin family from the Philidelphia area for a trip on Peconic Bay. The boys had a blast catching fish almost nonstop throughout the trip. We had plenty of action on short weakfish, porgies, and of course sand sharks. The highlight of the trip was a nice keeper weakfish, and also a keeper fluke. They all had a great time, and went home with some great memories, and some tasty fillets for dinner.

We landed a mix of slot, under, and oversized bass, keeping two perfect slot fish for the table and releasing plenty more. I had the Cole family back again for a great trip in the Peconic Bay. We caught fish all throughout the trip, from sand sharks to weakfish with two nice keepers for the table. Everyone had a great time, and tasty fillets for the table were brought home.
