From what we heard, September is slowing down. We got lucky and caught a couple halibut. If youโre looking for dorado (mahi mahi), do that in July or August.

If you definitely want to catch fish and don't care about what type of fish, stay in the bay. Offshore deep big fishing is hit or miss. We missed this time, unfortunately.
