We were fortunate with calm winds and 65-70 Degree temperatures. The Black Sea Bass were biting consistently but they weren't large enough to keep but there was plenty of action. We also caught a few other types but the Black Drum and Black Bass were biting the most.

I would definitely recommend Fishfinatic Guide Service. I think we hit a very fortunate time as we caught a LOT of fish. It is cold at this time of year and we probably caught well over the normal expectation.

December is supposed to be a good month but we hit it at a time of big weather temperature swings. You just never know. This would not keep us from trying it again with Capt Perrin

Be ready to dress in layers. It was cold, but we were prepared with lots of layers, hats, gloves and blankets for the kids. Still a great experience and lots of fish.

I guess I really canโt say. I donโt know what each individual expects. Some donโt care about fishing, or learning to, they just want the experience, and the fish. That could be to the captainโs advantage, bc then he gets to fish, and gets paid for it, lol
