Trip Summary
Trip Summary
On Saturday, I welcomed three generations of the Williams family from NW Indiana aboard our charter, only to be met with challenging conditions courtesy of Mother Nature. The relentless 3' to 4' waves and intermittent 5' swells proved demanding. Nevertheless, the clients, including the 83-year-old family patriarch, displayed commendable fortitude in the face of adversity. The wave size necessitated a 90-minute northern run directly into the waves, subsequently allowing us to troll south with the waves. I managed to communicate with my afternoon crew prior to their departure from Central Indiana and convinced them to reschedule for a more suitable day.
