Picked up a few nice spanish mackerel on the way out to the reef area. Good to see them. The fishing is only going to pick up better each week. Wont be long before the bigger king fish show in our area. Nice way to add a few fish in the box trolling on the way out. The tide was not moving that much off the start so we decided ti drift. Thats when fishing took off for us. Lots of white grunts came over the side and some red grouper got in on the action. The red grouper were to small to keep but are fun to catch. Catch and release gag grouper should be red hot starting im October. I seen a few show already and its only going to get better. Remember you cant hook it to you book. Beginner ?? No problem.
