Trip Summary

It was a windy day....the sea was a bit choppy too. After an hour waiting we saw some birds at the horizon. When approaching the school 2 doradoes came on the lures but no bite. We immediately changed the technique. Few minutes later 3 doradoes were on. We caught them all. We cross by few other schools but no bite. Later on during the dày we caught a skipjack and a wahoo.

It was a slow day. Met few schools of skipjacks but they were hard to bite. We luckily managed to catch one for bbq. We successful caught it. Later on we had a strike of marlin...taking the lure twice...but the hook did not get the fish. We will be back on Sunday chasing some big pelagics.

We were out for a 4hrs afternoon trip. Some minutes after being out we were informed by some colleagues that big skipjacks were bitting in a certain area. We went directly to the spot. We started catching them.. we hooked 2..3 at the same time. Some hook went off during the fight. We finished the day with 6 good size skipjacks.
