Well, today’s winds were blowing around 30 miles an hour. Weather was rough 2 to 3 foot sees. From the moment we dropped the boat in the water was pretty rough, but my client said they wanted to proceed so we did we decided to do the interior of the park because the winds were just so bad it was really our only option. We finished buttonwood and Tarpon Creek and caught a couple nice snook and some pretty nice size Redfish halfway through the trip we decided to make the run to the shark river, we fished around there for about another hour and a half. This was a cool fishing trip. I had a father contact me wanting to take his two sons fishing and also bring a friend along for the trip. I said no problem. They were camping in the park overnight and wanted to go fishing the next day. We dropped in the water about 9 o’clock, and we fished all the way from buttonwood channel to shark River We end up catching a lot of nice species of fish, snook, snapper sheep, head along with Lady fish and some other others. Well, the weather man said it was only supposed to be blowing 10 to 15 miles an hour but he always lies more like 20 to 25. This morning started out pretty good. Got a couple trout snooks early and snapper tons of ladyfish everywhere ended up going all the way to the shark river and that’s on one of my clients got lucky caught a goliath grouper but just a beautiful day out in the Everglades.
