Trip Summary

We started at 7a.m. While pulling the 3rd line in the water..bang...the elastic on the short rigger line broke. It was a wahoo. After some fight the fish was caught. We then moved to deeper waters after trying to catch some more wahoos. We met some schools of skipjacks but no bite. Later on during the day we had a good fight against a big skipjack that we caught.

We were out for a 5hrs fishing trip. We tried for wahoo in shalow waters first but no success. We then decided to move to deeper waters where we found some schools of skipjacks. We had some good fight and were back with 4 big skipjacks

November 10, 2025
We started at 6a.m. not long after being out we caught a wahoo. Later skipjacks that we used as live bait. After some trolling with live bait we had 2 attacks. One by a shark the other by a wahoo . Both took just a piece of the bait. Later on we tried back with artificial lures but no bite. We came back to the lagoon with a good size wahoo for dinner.

We were out for a full day trip. The weather was perfect. Far out we encounter some sperm whales. We went through some schools of skipjacks but no bit. While following a weed line we caught a nice dorado and were back in the lagoon cutting a filet for dinner.
