It has been breezy, but we have been able to get out on some of the inner reefs. The 13-14 inch yellowtail bite is good with some other fish mixed in. The weather this coming week is looking better and I'm expecting to see some good mahi/dolphin fishing on the troll.

As nice as it usually is in the keys, we have had a year of the cold for the past couple of weeks which has thrown this fishing off. BUT, the weather is getting better and the fish are biting again! The wahoo bite had been pretty good, the tuna bite was great today and we even picked up this nice 30lb African pompano. The patch reefs seem to be coming back to life and I expect them to continue to get better. The wind forecast for the foreseeable future is good and it is a great time to book a trip!

Yesterday was a great day on the water. The fish were biting, the weather was beautiful! It was a perfect day for trolling. Wahoo are biting and it's always a fun fight! We caught a couple wahoo, some mahi and blackfin as well.
