Took a mighty fine couple out on Table Rock this afternoon and we flat out put a COUNTRY WHIPPIN’ on ‘em! I cranked up that big motor and eased us around till I found where them bass was livin’ right, then dropped the trolling motor and said “alright now… y’all get ready.” Didn’t take but a few casts and it was ON! Rods bowed up, line singin’, and big ol’ bass comin’ up outta that water mad as all get out! That wind started blowin’ just right and turned it into a good ol’ fashioned power fishin’ afternoon—the kinda fishin’ that’ll make ya grin ear to ear and forget about everything else. Just chunkin’, windin’, and havin’ a time like we’re supposed to out here. And I’ll tell ya this—every single one of them fish got hauled in on Trika rods and reels, and they flat out WORKED.
