We had a great 6-hour fishing trip on March 27th with two anglers heading out for a bottom fishing adventure in the beautiful Caribbean waters off Playa del Carmen. Conditions were favorable, allowing for a smooth and productive day on the water. The focus of the trip was bottom fishing, and it did not disappoint. The anglers had consistent action throughout the trip, landing a variety of snapper and other reef species. These types of fish are perfect for fresh ceviche, making the catch not only exciting but also delicious. We used live bait paired with high-quality Penn reels, which provided excellent performance and helped maximize the catch rate. The steady bites kept things fun and engaging the entire time. To top off the experience, the captain prepared fresh ceviche right on board using the day’s catch. It was an incredible way to enjoy the fruits of their fishing efforts, combining a successful trip with an authentic local experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and productive outing with great fishing, quality equipment, and a memorable onboard ceviche experience.

On March 20th, we had a great day on the water with a family who joined us for a 4 hour fishing and snorkel tour. Conditions were very nice, with calm seas and good visibility, making it a perfect day to enjoy both activities. We started the trip with some bottom fishing and jigging, which gave the family steady action throughout the outing. On March 20th, they caught several local species, making for a fun and relaxed fishing experience for everyone on board. After fishing, we headed to a nearby reef to enjoy some snorkeling in the clear Caribbean waters, where the family got to see beautiful marine life and enjoy the second part of the adventure. Overall, March 20th was a great day for a family fishing and snorkel trip, with good conditions, fun fishing, and a nice mix of activities for everyone to enjoy.

On March 19, 2026, we headed out for a 6 hour fishing tour departing at 12:30 PM with 2 anglers on board. It was a sunny, beautiful afternoon on the water, with great weather throughout the trip, although the ocean was a little choppy at times. The guys spent most of the tour trolling, using live bait and PENN reels, and stayed positive and excited the entire time. Their patience and effort paid off with an amazing catch, including a huge sailfish and a bonito. We did a catch and release with the sailfish, which made the experience even more special. It was a very fun day on the water with great action, beautiful conditions, and an unforgettable experience for everyone on board.
