Trip Summary

The weather was perfect and the bites were right on time. We started off fishing in 30’ ft of water casting Jigs and slowly trolling. Every techniqued worked. I put our client on Fish right away for him to catch a mixed bag of Hybrids, Crappies and Spotted Bass.

This 1/2 Day adventure with a Father and Son Fishing was a success for the 1st time ever going fishing and catching fish. We trolled to catch StripedBass, SpottedBass, CatFish, BlueGills and Crappies. We started out at 7am and got on fish right away. The bite slowed down around 10:45am by then the trip was ending.

We spent the morning throwing lures only. We hit many blow downs, docks and structure chasing bass. We managed to get a few to hand using the shaky head presentation with black and purple rubber worms. Once the sun started to reach its peak around 10:30/11 thw bites slowed all the way down.
