Cashing in on a Christmas Gift!

Invited Lance and his daughter back on board to “make up” for a recent horrible weather trip. And make up for it they did!! With just a few hours to fish due to prior commitments, we set to work quickly! The action was incredible from the onset. Both anglers repeatedly set the hook and landed smallmouth after smallmouth! Was a great day on the water with great people again! Both caught their personal best today and both csught over a dozen keepers each making the day even better!

A prior customer from West Virginia booked todays trip for her dad and brother. The boys dropped their lines and caught 3 keepers within the first 25 minutes! After that they brought big fish to the net on a very consistent basis. Ended up catching over 30 beautiful fish including a nice walleye. Their angling skills were evident as they caught fish both deep snd shallow! They lost a couple of true giants but still had an excellent outing! It was my pleasure to have them on board today!

John booked a trip for early June but changed his mind and moved it to today instead. I’m pretty sure he’s glad he did! With his friend Mike along for the trip, they travelled from their homes in Columbus Ohio to try their skills on the legendary Lake Erie smallmouth. Within the first 10 minutes of dropping their lines, both anglers boated their first SUPER FAT, SUPER DENSE smallie. Mike shortly followed it up with his personal best smallie, a 5lb + monster. Mike’s hot hand continued for a while boating one beautiful fish after another! John, not to be undone today, stuck with the plan and slowly and steadily put together one heck of a day himself. Eventually guiding his own 5lb er into the net! He also tossed a beautiful 4.5 lb walleye into the mix. They combined to catch 30+ fish today, with numerous 4lb+ brutes tossed in! All three of us laughed snd smiled all day! Willing fish + experienced angers = Happy Captain! Two new friends acquired today, GREAT DAY!
