Rain and Wind!

This is a repeat Customer that we went out a year or so ago on freshwater and had some fun. I got a call that his son was deploying to serve our country and I could squeeze him in today on Sunday. Started out slow with the low tide, got a couple small couple Flander trash Fish of course. Dad landed a nice 18+ inch. Flounder to kind of start it off then it kind of died out through slack tide. Pick back up we caught a couple small ribs, small trout quite a few snapper but the mango snapper were just a little short. One was right to be legal, but I didn’t want to risk it. We caught another flounder that was right at legal. I didn’t wanna risk it. We were getting ready to leave and a 29+ inch red just smashed it and it was a hell of a fight for probably three or four minutes all in all it was an amazing day. Thoughts and prayers and all the blessings to this young man as he served our country into his family great family good people enjoyed the day amazing and when you get back into country, we’re going fishing again on me. So yes it was crazy busy on the water with a ton of boats. But we managed to get 5- black drum, 4- trout, 1- flounder . For a 3 hour charter on a busy Saturday it was a great time on the water!

So the day started out with a mixed bag of black drum jacks and some reds. After the wind started cranking over 25 kn Fishing was tough made a lot of moves today on a four hour Charter, but we ended out the day with quite a few fish caught, but after the wind started howling, everything kind of shut down. Still had a blast with the boys from Alabama little man got to drive the boat around today all in all, I had a lot of fun and tough conditions.
