Being on the water is great. Being on the water with family is special! We launched out of port Mansfield the day being cold and windy! Trout fishing was on the agenda being one of the best time of year to catch a heavy weighing speckled trout! fishing the mid day bite we instantly got into a great trout bite. Doesn't happen all the time, but first spot we had our 2 limit of specs. We moved on over looking for redfish and out and behold a 30 inch trout came out of a bait ball a mullet. It was an absolute great fight. One trip a mother and daughter will never to be forget!
