Hello All, the water temp is in the mid 60’s visibility is about 18” and the river level has returned to seasonal. Didn’t do a lot of river fishing this past week had to get some boat service taken care of for the very quick turnaround during this very busy time of the year. The fishing on the local lakes was ok with all lakes being in the post spawn phase. The bass we caught were taken on a number of baits from topwater poppers to KeitechUSA swimbaits. TACKLEHD HiDEF Crawfish accounted for the better fish followed by topwater baits. I am expecting the bite on the Susquehanna to really pick up this upcoming week as the Smallmouth will be starting to feed up following the spawn. There is a very good catfish bite right now very easy to catch and just a lot of fun.
