Started in the dark this morning. Pre fishing for a guided tournament tomorrow. Today I caught just a ridiculous amount of speckled trout over 20 inches. At one point I stopped fishing for specs and went for the reds. Only a couple of just barely legal reds. And still kept catching awesome trout. Hopefully the trout bit will hold tomorrow for the tournament. Looks like a lot of running to get the reds. First outing since my bad review last Saturday. I wish those customers were on the boat today. Today was just scouting. All fish dehooked in the water. Sorry no pics from today. Fished all around the Texas City area today. Light winds, pretty water, and a good tide had them eating today.
