We had a great trip recently on Sept 7th, 2019 with Ken and the guys. This was a family and friends trip. We took out our big boat that can fit large parties and we caught a lot of fish. We ended up keeping 23. Was a mixture of redfish and black drum. We caught a lot of fish and threw a lot back. The morning started out slow, but quickly picked up after we located a large school of fish. We caught fish all day long, and ended our trip around 2:30 pm. It was hot outside....but the COOL thing about our big boat, is that it has a cabin with air conditioning. Everyone caught fish and everyone had a blast. We offer a unique experience at Jean Lafitte Harbor Charters in the fact that we have boats that can accommodate large groups. We do batchelor parties, birthdays, large family outings, etc. These guys stayed at one of our large cabins that we have onsite. We also have a restaurant and store with all of your fishing needs.
