Trip Summary

Better late then never i say. Our fishing has heated up. Fish are gorging on mullet and we are talking full advantage of it. We waded a sand bar and caught tons of fish. Redfish loved a quick top water retrieve! We had 14 reds in 2 hours and myself landing some big trout that i released after photo.

Despite windy conditions South Padre offer is protected waters that hold good water clarity. This day was one of those days where the wind didn’t stop blowing but the fishing was still consistent. Guys were able to catch some nice fish.

Crew from out of town had a great time in south, padre and Fishing with me. We left the Doc early in the morning and start the day catching smaller fish as the wind picked up the bite did to. Everybody caught fish and left with a smile as we had a incredible day of fishing.
