Had some long time friends and repeat customers out on the Kings Landing Sportfishing Charter Boat today..... in preparation Captain Marc had followed the wind and water temp patterns throughout the week while we were having big winds over Lake Ontario...(since we were unable to get out due to wave conditions) Waking up this morning he knew the lake would be cold inshore and he’d probably need to make a run... as they got on the water his hypothesis was correct and he took the guys out to 325 feet of water where they started to setup for the morning trolling south.. Trolling between **hidden content** feet of water the guys were greeted with steady pickings and finished the day with 17 bites... Nice mix of Chinook (Kings), Coho and Rainbow Trout today... Ran an 8 rod spread today with everything taking a hit however the downriggers with Hotfish lures spoons and a Magnum Slide Diver with Gibbs Delta Tackle GY Jelly UV 11” flasher with a custom matching twinkie rig were the ticket.
