Trip Summary

We headed offshore for the last trip in November and it was nothing short of an amazing time. We cruised out of Blind Pass (Sanibel, FL) in search of bottom fish. June in Naples brings hot temperatures and scattered thunderstorms. Despite the heat, fishing remains productive, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Water clarity is excellent, providing ideal conditions for sight fishing. Permit: Large schools of Permit are active offshore, offering excellent opportunities for anglers. • Cobia: A few Cobia have been spotted offshore, often encountered while targeting Permit. • Grouper & Snapper: Offshore wrecks are producing Grouper and Mangrove Snappers, providing both sport and table fare.
