Trip Summary

While most of the big boats head out and turn around we are able to fish the shallow areas inshore for barracuda and jacks. The bite is still fantastic so if its a windy week of weather and you dont want to rough the ocean lets fish inshore!

The springtime fishing has been great action most days out there and theres been plenty of blackfin tuna, mahi, sailfish, and some wahoo around. Grouper season has finally opened and we'll be fishing for them until December.

April is the first month we start to see mahi in greater numbers and today was a good showing of them. With over 20 fish caught and a few keepers in the mix it was good action trolling and on the live baits when we would get a school up to the boat!
