Both morning and afternoon deep sea trips paid off, with a bountiful harvest of haddock, and cusk! With plenty of cod in the mix as well. Great weather and fishing, with even better company. The season is off to a great start ?

Thursday and Friday morning, we had the pleasure of fishing with a couple of seasoned anglers, who cane prepared and ready to fish! Our first day of the multi day trip started off slow, but still a great day covering plenty of ground in search on “the big one” Our second day out (Friday) was like flipping a switch. Our first stop of the day produced multiple double hookups, and countless fish. We kept the bite going throughout the day and had another fantastic day at sea!

This Thursday afternoons 3 hour inshore trip was non stop reel pumping action! The stripers were in a full on feeding frenzy when we arrived to our first stop!! Not long after setting out to troll on our second stop we were right on the fish with a double hookup! All smiles aboard the Lyla Rose, and some awesome fish pics for our anglers ?
