Trip Summary

Lets make this short and sweet . Squid are in just off Hyannis. Flounder have finally showed up in Boston . Haddock are in **hidden content** ft in mass bay . The best bite is 15 miles offshore of the Merrimack . Slob haddock that you could literally mount on a wall . Stripers are active near all the dams Mystic and Charles . On the freshwater side .They are small holdovers been hear all winter.

Fishing is outstanding right off the dock . Most charters will be fishing 10 mins off the dock on bass up to 30 pounds. Bluefish have showed up and made things very interesting. The speed and power of a 15 pound Bluefish will test your will as an angler. All photo's from the past 7 days

within 100 yards from your pick up dock is a blitz of bait and bass every morning . Most charters are landing 10+ Bass some over 20 pounds . Bluefish are showing up and bait is easy to catch.

In the past two weeks several large pods of bass have taken up home in Boston. Honestly its still seems early to me but after yesterday's 6/01/22 last minute trip its a[apparent . The feed is on! No problem finding bait , Mackerel was what we used . However pogy's and herring are also abundant . First drift we netted 3 fish and had boat limit by 930am.. All the bass we're between 29-33 inches 12 total on a six hour charter. Flounder bite is still going on and is a great option for the kiddos.
